Shipping Policy: At JoannasLuxuryCloset, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Return & Exchange Policy: We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in perfect, unworn, and unused condition with all original tags attached.
